Life can come with different challenges along the way...
At times, you may find that a certain situation or an experience, has left you feeling very stressed and overwhelmed. It could be that you find yourself feeling down, hurt, lost or empty, and may have a real need to understand the way you are feeling.
People are often not sure where to turn when they need this help, and it takes courage to take that next step. I can offer you a Counselling service where I will listen to you, and support you, and we would work together exploring what you are experiencing and feeling right now.
In your own pace and at your own time, we would aim to help you experience relief and feel more in control. Bring a stop to the difficult feelings, and learn useful strategies and solutions that will benefit you.

I cannot recommend this lovely lady enough, Sian was recommended to me by my sister and has helped me through the most difficult time of my life. She is so calm, kind and makes you feel so welcome and she really knows her stuff.
Claire
She was initially recommended to me by a friend and I am so glad I went to see her. Sian's gentle, caring and kind approach made me feel like I was speaking to a friend who I had know for years. She creates safe and loving environment where I can true express myself without any fear. The sessions I have had with her feel more like a conversation than counselling which has truly helped me get to grips and ultimately love myself. Thank you Sian
Sophie
Sian really helped me get to grips with what had been troubling me for years. She is a great listener and really understands the things that bother you. I can't thank her enough. I thoroughly recommend her if you're thinking of counselling.
Wendy
Sian was recommended to myself by a friend who had been to her in the past. She is very friendly and welcoming and made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend Sian, she does a fantastic job.

Individual Counselling
Talking freely about your difficulties with a trained Professional who will be able to look at your concerns from a neutral and non judgemental perspective can really help.
Couples Counselling
Sometimes talking to someone with no connection to yourself or the relationship can help you to gain perspective. What couples counselling offers is the chance to speak to someone with no preconceived notions of who you are as a couple.

I also offer a wide range of therapies including Resilience and Positive Psychology Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Psychodynamic and Systems Therapy as well as Solution Focused Therapy. I am a Professional Tarot Card Reader.
